The Founder
Caterina De Carlo, Chemical Engineer with a Master in Pharmacy and a specialization in Biotechnology, has been working in the pharmaceutical sector for the Quality of large multinationals since 2010. With a rigorous approach and a deep passion for research, she has always believed that cosmetics could be much more than simple aesthetic care.
The Co-founder
Mariantonietta De Carlo, a young and brilliant Computer Engineer, energetically leads digital communication and social media. Her fresh and contemporary vision gives voice to the innovative heart of Staminax.
OUR STORY
It all started in 2013, when Caterina began to create her own skincare products, driven by the desire to use only what she knows and believes in on her skin. In 2018, she published her first book, "Natural Cosmetics: DIY Your Creams", followed in 2022 by "Natural Cosmetics: DIY Your Bath Bombs". But the real turning point came with a change of professional direction: Caterina entered the world of Advanced Therapies, between engineered viruses and human stem cells. It was a revelation.
The question is: “What if this power could also enter cosmetics?”
The answer is ethically and legally clear: human stem cells cannot be used in cosmetics. But science offers another way: plant stem cells. She discovers an Italian biotech company that produces them, and thus begins a new phase of research and improvement of her Antiage formula, a face cream that she had created for herself and a few close friends.
In 2024, that formula comes to life in industrial production, entrusted to an Italian company with a long experience in cosmetics, medical devices and supplements. The cream is enhanced with plant stem cell extracts, subjected to rigorous safety and efficacy tests, all carried out in Italy and under the supervision of a dermatologist, even when not required by law.
The results speak for themselves:

And this is just the beginning. Other products are being studied, to complete a line that looks to the future, to the skin, to those who live in it.
